To set up a Trunk group for DID traffic, please reference the following instructions:

1. Give your trunk group a unique name that is easy for you to identify.
2. Select the desired routing configuration for the trunk group from the radio buttons under Ring Type.
3. Click the orange Host to enter in an a new IP address along with the desired port #. If no port is entered, the default of 5060 will be used. Note: We do not support * for specifying ranges. Add as many IPs as you need.
4. Click Add Trunk button when done.
5. Set up your switch as follows to start receiving inbound traffic to your DIDs. * * using default POP, allow traffic from 134.119.207.98
6. Assign DIDs on your account to the Trunk group. Make a few test calls to a DID assigned to confirm set up is correct and traffic is flowing.

We support the following CODECS: G.711A, G711U, G.729A. We also support T38 for faxing but cannot offer any guarantees.
